Terms of Service

Public Terms of Service are being finalized. For current contractual terms, including the Information Manager Agreement under Alberta's Health Information Regulation, please contact our Privacy Officer.

While public terms are pending, every Alberta clinic that engages Heka does so under written contract that addresses:

  • information management services and permitted purposes;
  • privacy and security obligations;
  • confidentiality and permitted-use restrictions;
  • breach notification obligations;
  • subprocessor controls;
  • audit support and clinic access to records relevant to their tenant;
  • and return or deletion of data on termination.
